I'm really excited for today.

I'm doing nothing but cleaning and organizing the whole house. Which should help keep my min off of eating. I'm doing a 72 hour cleanse today. Nothing but water. It should be the greatest thing I've done in a long time.

Well I haven't been on here in what like a year? I have missed it here so much. Things have been horible

my family found out about my Ed. Which sucks, let me tell you. They also found out about my intimate relationship with my exbf. All because I accidently got knocked up. Not such a hot way to end the year. Thankfully he pregnancy didn't stick. There was no way I was going to "take care of it" and my dad had already found me an Apartment and was planning on kicking me out. So I gained weight from that and I have never felt worse. I'm at an all time high, and it's driving me crazy. Today is the first day I've had a phone and computer in months and I was so excited toget back on here again. It was the first thing I have thought of. Thankfully I bet Internet on my new iPod, my dad has some history tracker thing on my computer. So I can't get on here from my computer.

Holidays are usualy the hardest for all of us, but I hope all of you can stay strong.

This new year should mark a new, thinner, and stronger us :)

Hey girls..and boys!
I have hit a plateau..bleh.
I started at 208. I'm now 154(been bingefest last two days) But I bottom out at 150..not acceptable.
Starting Sunday(after breakfast to pump up my metab 400cal[perfect oatmeal from starbucks])
I'm going to fast untill saturday morning(maybe later) So for right now It's Sunday 12:00 noon till saturday noon.
Anybody want to fast with me? I'm willing to text or aim(aim is sent to my phone via text message so I can always talk)
And does anybody have any tips? Lots of water I know and teas...anything else.
I'm also planning to run[walk when I'm too tire] a mile each day]
I'm hoping to drop down to 148 at least..my first goal is 145, after that 140.

after that I'm eating organic(gets me out of dinner with the family :D )

p.s. I'm sorry if you see this a billion times..I'm posting it in all the communities I'm a member of.

i have this..pooch...itsright below where my bra lies and its on like 2 ribs of mine
and its one of the things that i hate about my body the most
and when i woke up this morning..it was gone,,,there was nothing but sweet bones
and i just layed down
and it sback
and its fucking bigger than before
its been less than 24 hours!!

does anyone have any ideas that can help me lose 16lbs in the next 21 days?
diet, exercise...etc?
id really appreciate it...my family has gotten really suspicious of my eating habits so i dont know if ill be able to totally fast.

also...what good diet pills are there for a good price...i dont have a job right now but i might start working at kate spade, but i still need a cheaper diet pill

I'm on outpatient treatment.
I hate this.
They tell me I have control over what happens. What fucking control? I have to eat so fucking much to gain weight and 'be healthy'.
I feel like I have no control. Eat or go back to the hospital.
I want to crawl back to how things were before.
When my meals were sugarless gum and diet coke and I was losing weight.

I feel lost and obese.

i hate how much disgusting food i ate today
incase you guys missed my earlier post
i binged on dinner
2260 clories
i hate the fact tht i dont have my license
cuz i cant go home for dinner when i have night rehearsal for the show [which is like every night since opening night is next weekend]
so im forced to eat something for dinner cuz ppl get suspicious when i never eat dinner
its really annoying

im gunna try and restart 2468
i lost like 3lbs on the 3 or 4 days i was on it
i was doing so good

i wish that people never had to eat so that i never gain any weight

my director put off our dinner break so much that i was so hungry that i ate wayyy to fucking much

i ate:
a cheesy beef burrito from taco bell [460 calories]
a medium fries from mcDonalds [380 calories]
a quarter pounder with cheese [510 calories]
an oreo mcflurry [550 calories]
and a medium dr. pepper [203 calories]



im at the public library but i felt i had to post this asap
more detailed post when i get home
